Our fully-equipped CV studio incorporates a complete range of free weights and more than 60 brand new machines from Life Fitness –a new generation of the latest top-of-the-range equipment that is only available in Vietnam at The Imperial Hotel. The new machines allow you to plug in your ipod directly to the console and have a workout record feature that enables you to store your performance on your USB stick. Simply connect your USB stick at each machine to track and save your progress. The gym includes a full-size boxing ring with a training area equipped with bunch balls and bags, and has a special cast rubber floor to optimise your workout experience.
Our 45-square-metre aerobics studio features a suspended laminate wood floor and overlooks the lagoon pool. A range of classes are held daily, from many disciplines of yoga to Pilates and fitness classes, all run by experienced and qualified instructors.
